Engineering, Manufacturing and Assembly
TRC ESTRUCTURAS DE MADERA is a company with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, whose main activity is focused on the Engineering, Design, Calculation, Manufacturing and Assembly of large Wooden Structures, preferably laminated, for porticos, roof and slab trusses and any type of structural element that can be made of wood. As well as the execution of ventilated facades, interior decoration and exterior floors, always with wood or derivatives.
We produce a fully finished final product, carrying out the maximum possible prefabrication in our Factory, with complete prior development by our Technical Department.
In roofs, we use different types of prefabricated or finished panels on site, choosing the most appropriate for the type of work under criteria of suitability, watertightness, insulation and ventilation. In addition, when the client requires it, TRC ESTRUCTURAS DE MADERA installs the final covering material suitable for the characteristics of the building (tile, slate, zinc, copper, etc.). In this way, we provide a complete and finished system.

All types of projects
Our Technical Department is made up of highly qualified technicians with extensive experience in the calculation and design of structures and construction with wood.
The main functions of this department are the execution of projects and development of those provided by our clients, calculation and preparation of budgets, generation of manufacturing and assembly plans, design and dimensioning of fittings, calculation reports, etc.
To achieve maximum efficiency and precision, our Technical Department has modern equipment and computer programs for the calculation of structures and design of construction with wood.
Quality Control and Efficiency
All our work is manufactured and assembled in advance in our Factory. This allows for exhaustive control of the entire process with constant supervision by the Technical Department. To do this, we have state-of-the-art machinery and qualified and highly experienced personnel.
With this way of working, we achieve prefabrication of the construction elements which results in the minimization of errors and assembly times on site, thus obtaining maximum efficiency.
Precision and Safety
TRC WOODEN STRUCTURES has technical staff on site, responsible for taking data “in situ” to obtain the exact geometry before making the final manufacturing and assembly plans.
This team is responsible for the prior layout, definition of the machinery and auxiliary means needed and advising the client on site. In addition, they draw up the SAFETY PLAN, with individual and collective protection measures according to the company’s OCCUPATIONAL RISK PLAN.
Our qualified assembly teams are part of the company’s staff and have extensive experience.
